In 2019, Sing-Ed entered the K-12 international school business through acquiring a major stake in the Invictus International School in Singapore. In 2021, Sing-Ed became 100% owner of Invictus International School. Sing-Ed has rapidly built a portfolio of reputable Invictus international schools in the region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, and Hong Kong SAR.
